Kansas City’s biggest brewery is getting bigger. Boulevard Brewery recently commissioned a 3 million dollar project that will increase its fermentation capacity by 20 percent. Construction begins this fall. Boulevard just completed a 4 million dollar expansion project last summer.
(Part of the expansion is putting new beers on the market, such as “Collaboration No. 2,” a joint effort of Kansas City’s Boulevard and Oregon’s Deschutes Brewery. The new brew is available in Missouri and Kansas.)
