NASCAR hits the east coast this week as they are in the GraniteStatefor today’s Nationwide and tomorrow’s Sprint Cup Race.  Carl Edwards will qualify for the New England 200 this morning at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway.  The race will start this afternoon at 2:30. 

Edwards will start from the 15th spot in the Lenox Industrial Tools 301 tomorrow afternoon.  Ryan Newman, who set a new track record, will start from the pole.

The green flag will drop on that race at high noon.

Edwards remains in 2nd place in the Sprint Cup standings, 4 points behind leader Kyle Busch.
