Some places in Missouri that did not need heavy rain got heavy rain overnight…and high winds…and some hail. Wind gusts in the 40- to 50-mile-an-hour range have knocked down trees and billboards in several places, generally in north Missouri. Flash floods have interrupted traffic in some places. No injuries are reported.
