One of the men charged in a Laclede County sex-torture case says the government is not playing fair.

Federal court documents filed on behalf of Bradley Cook say the government has used deceptive jailhouse informers and is concealing evidence beneficial to him. Cook is one of five men and a woman charged with abusing and torturing a mentally disabled woman. He also is accused of plotting to kill the prosecutor and the woman who was held.

Two of the men have pleaded guilty.
