Congressman Sam Graves has gotten a minor change in an appropriations bill that will put another million dollars into Missouri River levee maintenance. The House has approved Graves’ plan to move $1 million dollars away from wildlife rehabilitation and put it into the levee program. His change means the bill will carry $72 million for wildlife rehabilitation and $7 million for levee building and maintenance.
