Four guilty in hydrocodone by internet case

June 23, 2011 By Jessica Machetta

Four people have pleaded guilty to federal charges of distributing drugs through the internet. Eldon residents Mark and Nance Fitzgerald produced 20 to 22 prescriptions a week for 80 to 200 customers. The federal prosecutor says they took in $3,000 to $4,000 a month.

A third person, Yvonna Bays of Waynesville admits she helped distribute hydrocodone through two websites she co-owned. The fourth person, Clifton Thibodeaux Junior of St. Robert, admits he concealed information from investigators.

Earlier this year, a St. Robert Couple pleaded guilty in the same case.
