A man jailed on a drug charge in Mississippi has been linked to a 2004 rape in St. Louis. Police say DNA collected in a rape case belongs to Marcus Hughes, who was living in St. Louis at the time. Hughes was on probation for burglary and robbery at the time the woman was attacked.
