The Major League Baseball draft continued on Tuesday with rounds 2 through 30. In all, 20 players with ties to the state of Missouri were selected.

Some notable names. Going 119th overall was Johnny Eiermann, a shortstop from Warsaw High School was picked in the 3rd round. Lance Jeffries a centerfield from McCluer High School was taken by the Cardinals in the 10th round. The Royals took left handed pitcher Adam Schumenauer from Park Hill South in the 12th round. Kevin Medrano, a second baseman at Missouri State picked in the 14th round by the Cardinals. Missouri Tiger Matthew Stites, a right handed pitcher went in the 17th round to San Diego and Brett Graves, a pitcher from Francis Howell, picked by the Cardinals in the 26th round.
