Former Festus postmaster is facing sentencing in August because he was found guilty of two charges of accepting illegal gratuities. Theresa Tremusini, of St. Louis, accepted illegal gratuities totaling $20,000.

She was indicted for taking part in a $3.8 million mail fraud scheme by under reporting mail sent out by SG Print and Mail. Another employee, Michael Jones, accepted gratuities totaling $10,000.

SG Print and Mail owner Scott Gray pled guilty of 5 counts of felony mail fraud, 4 counts of false statements and 3 counts of giving illegal gratuities.
