The Missouri State softball team will be without junior pitcher Natalie Rose for the remainder of the season, after she has been declared ineligible for failing to meet the NCAA’s academic requirements.

Rose was just named the most valuable player of last week’s MVC Softball Championship after she pitched every inning for the Bears in winning four games. The Bears will face Tulsa at 5 p.m., tomorrow to open the Norman, Oklahoma Regional.
