An airline passenger who tried to open an airliner’s front door while the plane was over St. Louis is headed to a psychiatric exam. A judge has ordered the test for Reynel Alcaide after a court affidavit said he planned to commit suicide by jumping out of the plane. Two passengers and a flight attendant got him under control in the plane, which made an emergency landing in St. Louis.
