Child kidnapper Michael Devlin has been stabbed with a homemade ice pick at the state prison in Cameron. He’s been treated for a superficial wound and has been put into protective custody in the prison.
Devlin is remembered as the man who kidnapped two boys, one of whom stayed with Devlin for four years and the other who was found after four days. Â
Another inmate, Troy Fenton, has set the St. Louis Post-Dispatch a couple of letters saying he stabbed Devlin. Fenton says he did it because he was angry about Devlin’s crimes.
