A former St. Charles gas station employee has been sentenced to seven years in prison for her part in stealing receipts at the end of a day.
The federal prosecutor says Misty Foley told two men that another employee was on his way to the bank to make a deposit. The two men intercepted him and took $7,000. The two men have not been charged.
