It’s a brown, liquid landscape for miles and miles in southeast Missouri’s flooded area–.ugly yet awesome, a mass of flowing water that has obscured roads, landmarks and homes, a moving disaster beneath a helicopter carrying Jeff Augustine from Missourient affiliate KZIM in Cape Girardeau.
