The police chief in Canton faces a federal firearms charge. The indictment against Chief William Hudnall says he lied on the Firearms Transaction Record by saying he was buying the gun for himself when he actually was buying it for somebody else. Hudnall faces as much as ten years in prison if he’s convicted.
