Mizzou baseball’s Conner Mach has been named Big 12 Player of the Week. The Tiger junior hit .545 in three games last week, helping Mizzou to its first Big 12 series win of the season at Baylor.

Mach hit in the leadoff spot in all three games for the first time this season, despite hitting in the middle of the order nearly all year and he responded with six hits in 11 at-bats.  He led the team in RBIs (five), total bases (10), slugging (.909), and on-base percentage (.600) with six hits (two for extra bases) on the week. He also hit his first home run of the season in Friday’s game at Baylor.
