Tractor thief fesses up in NWMO

A Northwest Missouri man admits he stole more than $200,000 worth of farm machinery in three months last year. Edgerton resident Michael Stroud stole four tractors, a hay rake and a travel trailer. The Platte County prosecutor says an anonymous tip led authorities to Stroud, who will be sentenced in June.
