Southeast Missouri State University will now have to find a new Associate Athletic Director. Former director Frank Cuervo has decided to step down from his position and pursue a career in the “private” sector. He officially began his career at Southeast in January of 2010 to a position overseeing sports information, marketing and development. The 1997 Florida graduate has held athletic administration positions at several other universities including Missouri, Indiana, Ohio State, Bowling Green and Northern Illinois.
