A special prosecutor says he doesn’t have enough information to charge a former campus cop at the University of Missouri-Columbia in an alleged child porn case. The officer has resigned after another officer found reportedly found images of children on the computer in his patrol vehicle. The prosecutor says he can’t prove the officer viewed, transferred, or accessed the images within the past three years during which charges could be filed.
