Restraining order filed against SW Mo. doctor for ‘improper sexual contact with patients’

March 17, 2011 By Jessica Machetta

The state Board of Healing Arts has gotten a restraining order against a southwest Missouri doctor accused of improper sexual contact with patients.

The order forbids Doctor Nolan Denney of Halfway from practicing medicine. The board says it has gone to court against Denney because it thinks he’s a danger to the public. A hearing to determine if the order should be permanent is scheduled for the March 24.
