A Kansas City man faces life in prison after entering a no-contest plea to 21 federal charges of drugging girls and then making pornographic videos with them.
The federal charges against 61-year-old James Phillip Edwards accuse him of putting sleep medications in soft drinks and ice cream that he gave the girls, who were 6- to 13-years-old, and then making videos of himself molesting them.
