A man who caused a fatal St. Louis traffic crash while trying to get away from police has been sentenced to 15 years in prison. Markel Davis has pleaded guilty to a second-degree murder charge and three other charges. His stolen car T-boned another car at an intersection, killing the woman driving the other car.
