St. Louis man charged with making terroristic threats to Sikeston police

Sikeston police say a man who made a terroristic threat to the department has been jailed. The Scott County prosecutor has charged Frank Boyd IV of St. Louis, and says police have recovered the cell phone believed to have been used to make the call.
