A man who made almost 150 phone calls to the Governor’s mansion and two state agencies last summer has been put on probation for two years and told he cannot have any contact with state and local agencies. The sentencing for Robert Yount also says he cannot have any contact with family members of those who work for those agencies.

Court records show he complained in the calls that the state was conspiring with terrorist agencies.
