One of the five men charged with keeping a southwest Missouri woman as a sex slave in a trailer near Lebanon has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. Springfield resident James Noel is the first of the five men to plead guilty. He has admitted he used an electrical device wired to the woman’s genitals to shock her and once paid a man described as her “master” for a special torture show that lasted two to three hours.
