Cole Co. man swept away at low-water crossing

Emergency responders have rescued a man whose car was swept off a low-water crossing in southern Cole County. Officials say the man managed to get out of his car and grab onto a tree where rescuers found him. He was taken to a Jefferson City hospital, possibly suffering from hypothermia.
