The Public Service Commission has told one of the state’s biggest gas utility companies, “see you in court.” The PSC is suing Laclede Gas Company of St. Louis to get gas-purchase records of a sister company, Laclede Energy Resources. The PSC has been trying to get the records since 2007 to determine if dealings between the two companies resulted in overcharges to Laclede customers.
