Mizzou basketball team waits out storm in KC

February 1, 2011 By Bill Pollock

The Missouri basketball team is sitting in Kansas City hoping to get a flight down to Oklahoma for tomorrow night’s game against Oklahoma State. It’s just as bad there as it is here, for example, they’ve closed the airport in Oklahoma City earlier today as the heaviest of this snow storm passed through Oklahoma this morning. The storm could clear out of there later this evening, so the Tigers either get out tonight, grab a flight tomorrow morning or the game gets postponed which is scheduled to tip at 8pm from Stillwater.
