A Mongolian man last seen December 21st when he told his roommate he was going to the Maplewood library has turned up in Baltimore, in a homeless shelter. Police don’t know how Dulgunn Sukhee got to Baltimore. His presence there became known when he e-mailed his mother in Mongolia.
