Jury selection is today in a 34-year-old Columbia murder case. The jury will hear the case against Johnny Wright, charged with the murder of waitress Rebecca Doisy in 1976. Her body has never been found.

Wright was charged with her murder in 1985 but he was long gone by then and did not turn up until he applied for a job in Georgia in 2009. A background check revealed the murder warrant against him. Eighty people have been summoned as potential jurors.
