Joplin audiologist Dana Opfer admits she defrauded the Medicaid program out of more than $30,000. Opfer’s plea bargain says she’ll spend no more than five years in prison and will pay restitution to the state. A judge will decide whether to accept the plea bargain at a sentencing hearing in March.
