The Commission released a new Personal Financial (PFD) E-filing system, initially available for those individuals required to annually file a PFD.

“This e-filing tool provides a way for individuals to conveniently and easily meet the law’s requirement,” said Julie Allen, Executive Director, adding that the filer can now view their PFD filed for the previous calendar year online as well.

PFDs are required to be filed annually by public officials, some candidates for various positions in political subdivisions, and certain appointed or employed individuals.

“Electronically filed PFDs must be filed by 5 p.m. on May 2,” Allen says.
