Two more Missouri colleges have extended smoking bans: St. Louis Community College and Harris-Stowe State University say the bans now cover their entire campuses, not just the buildings. Harris-Stowe doesn’t even want smoking in school-owned or leased vehicles.
Other St.Louis-area colleges and universities had gone smoke-free earlier as have several schools in outstate Missouri.
