A Golden City woman will be sentenced in March for getting a credit card by using somebody else’s Social Security Number, then running up thousands of dollars in billings on it.
The woman, Michell Higgins, claimed the expenses were related to her daycare business, but the prosecution has records showing she’d used it for clothing, restaurants, and travel that had nothing to do with her business.
