Brown Shoe Company CEO Ron Fromm is stepping down after 11 years — he’s been with the company for 25.
Brown shoe is based in Clayton. He’ll be replaced by Dianne Sullian, who has been president of the company for six years.
Brown Shoe says it sold $716 million worth of shoes in the third quarter of last year, apparenlty because of strong back to school shoe sales.
