Missouri State women’s/Mo Valley tourney tix on sale

December 15, 2010 By Bill Pollock

All-session tournament tickets for the 2011 Missouri Valley Conference Women’s Basketball Tournament are on sale now. The tournament takes place at The Family Arena in St. Charles, and will be held Thursday-Sunday, March 10-13, 2011.

Tickets can be purchased with a credit card at www.metrotix.com or by calling MetroTix at (314) 534-1111 or by visiting The Family Arena box office. Tickets can also be purchased at MVC institutional ticket offices. There is an additional fee per ticket by purchasing via credit card or on-line.

All-session tickets (nine games) are as low as $30 (when purchased prior to or on January 1, 2011). All-session tickets purchased after January 1, 2011 will be sold for $50 each. Single-session tickets will not be on sale until mid-January.

All 10 teams — Creighton, Bradley, Drake, Evansville, Illinois State, Indiana State, Missouri State, UNI, Southern Illinois, and Wichita State — will compete in the four-day, nine-game event, with the winner receiving the Missouri Valley Conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
