Blues goalie Jaroslav Halak stopped 25 shots to pick up his third shutout of the season as the Blues improved to 6-0-0 at The Scott following their 2-0 win over the San Jose Sharks on Thursday night. Halak, acquired from Montreal during the summer, has been in goal for all six home wins. He’s 7-1-1 overall with his new team with a 1.53 goals-against average and .940 save percentage.

Matt D’Agostini and David Perron scored for the Blues. Perron got his goal after taking an elbow to the melon by Sharks captain Joe Thornton, who drew a five-minute major and a game misconduct for the hit. Alex Pietrangelo assisted on both goals.

Dating back to last season, the Blues have won 12 straight games on home ice.
