Mortgage processor admits to taking $440,000 from lenders

November 4, 2010 By [email protected]

A St. Charles Mortgage processor admits he defrauded lenders out of almost $440,000 by lying on the paperwork involving ten properties. Jeremy Beadle has pleaded guilty to mortgage fraud charges. Beadle promised homeowners facing foreclosure he could save their homes by buying them and renting them to the residents until they could repurchase the home. But he didn’t make the mortgage payments and the residents still lost their homes.
