Central Missouri authorities investigating last week’s triple-homicide case in Callaway County think they know where the suspect’s getaway car is and they’re not going to try to get it.
The car used by Joshua Maylee is believed to be in about 40 feet of Missouri River water in Cooper County. The Callaway County sheriff says the river is too dangerous for divers to go after it, and the case against Maylee seems solid enough without it.
