Former Columbia bank officer Timothy Earl Ferguson has been ordered to repay the bank more than $1 million. Ferguson is off to prison for more than three years for embezzlement. He pleaded guilty to making a series of fraudulent loans for $660,000, then embezzling $215,000 from the proceeds of the loans.
