Missouri cracks top 10 in AP Poll

October 24, 2010 By Bill Pollock

Following the Missouri Tigers 36-27 win over Oklahoma, the Tigers made a big jump in the AP standings going from 18th to 7th. Missouri is one of seven teams now that remain undefeated. Heading into this past weekend, there were 10 games.

Now, Missouri has already turned their focus to Nebraska, favored to win the Big 12 North. After Nebraska’s 51-41 win over previously undefeated Oklahoma State, the Huskers remained 14th in the polls. Oklahoma, who was third in the AP Poll and first in the BCS Standings, dropped to 11th according to the AP.
