ESPN’s “College Game Day” coming to Columbia

October 17, 2010 By Bill Pollock

For the first time ever, ESPN’s weekly pregame show will set up in Columbia for Missouri’s homecoming game against Oklahoma. Both Big 12 teams are two of just 10 undefeated teams in college football. I believe the last time Missouri was featured on ESPN’s weekly show, it was down in San Antonio for the Big 12 Championship game.

Lee Corso donned the Missouri Tiger head from Truman and the Tigers were promptly defeated by the Sooners ending Mizzou’s chances for a BCS title game dropping from the number one ranking in the country.
