Zhu Zhu Pets is suing Build-A-Bear.
Zhu Zhu Pets, based in Clayton, has sued Build-A-Bear Workshops, based in Overland, claiming that Build-A-Bear has breached its agreement with the company by refusing to pay an agreed upon price for goods delivered. Zhu Zhu wants nearly $650,000.
