A Jackson County judge has refused to order a new Demcoratic primary election in a Kansas City-area House district, and has declared John Joseph Rizzo the winner of the August election by one vote.
Rizzo’s opponent, Will Royster, had alleged voter misconduct and voter fraud. But the judge says there is no evidence to justify that claim.
