Federal agents have started investigating a church fire in Phelps County. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives says the fire at the Calvary Fellowship Church near the community of Duke was set. The state fire marshall’s office is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arsonist.
