Missouri State home opener postponed, free admission today

September 3, 2010 By Bill Pollock

The Missouri State football Bears’ season opener against Eastern Kentucky was postponed due to lightning last night and has been rescheduled for Friday, Sept. 3 at 1 p.m.

Admission and parking is free for fans, with limited services provided within the stadium. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Metered, handicap and reserved parking spaces will be enforced on campus, but otherwise open parking for the game.

Officials delayed the game for three hours before making the call to postpone the game.
