Ongoing declining sales of Monsanto’s weed-killer Roundup have forced the company to cut more jobs. Monsanto is based in Creve Coeur. The company says it will be eliminating as many as 150 jobs in the St. Louis area and as many as 550 more companywide and taking other steps to save as much as $90 million a year. The company says importation of a Chinese-produced herbicide have hit the Roundup market hard.
