Another Missouri Tiger arrested for DWI

August 30, 2010 By Bill Pollock

For the third time this month, a person associated with the Missouri football program has been arrested for DWI. Early Sunday morning, backup tight end and long snapper Beau Brinkley was pulled over in Boone County for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Offensive line coach Bruce Walker was approached by police in the parking lot of the Mizzou training complex after the coaches and some of their wives returned from a bus trip to the Lake of the Ozarks on August 2nd. At the time, Walker was behind the wheel of a vehicle in park with the ignition on.

Linebacker Will Ebner was just pulled over on August 22nd as he had been recovering from a sore hamstring which kept him out of contact drills for over a week. Brinkley, like Ebner is underaged as well and was a question mark for this week’s opener against Illinois as he battles a shoulder sprain.
