The family of a woman found dead six months ago outside a bar in Black Jack is asking St. Louis County Police to re-open the case.
The medical examiner ruled that 42-year-old Stephanie Dianne Carroll of Florissant of hypothermia and actue intoxication. The family wants police to investigate questions of whether she became a victim of foul play.
