The Omaha World Herald is reporting that Big Ten Commissioner Jim Delaney contacted Big 12 Commissioner Dan Beebe to inform him that they offered and Nebraska accepted an invite to the Big Ten. The Nebraska Board of Regents is now listening to public comments from A.D. Tom Osborne.
